Fees
Intake appointment: $220
55 minute appointment: $220
45 minute appointment: $200
Clients who *self pay* in full at the time of service receive a discounted rate of $150 for 55 minutes or $130 for 45 minutes [This discount does not apply to EMDR intensives].
Important Practice Policies
To ensure a smooth start to services and protect appointment availability for all clients, please review the following policies carefully.
Before your first appointment
All intake paperwork must be completed and signed, and active insurance information must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Because all appointments are held virtually, please make sure you have a reliable internet or cellular connection and a device that supports video appointments before scheduling.Â
Administrative & Legal Documentation
Be Free Counseling does not complete certain types of administrative or legal paperwork including FMLA, disability, ESA, housing, unemployment, or legal documentation.Â
Please reach out to your Primary Care Provider for your paperwork needs. Additional fees may apply if your therapist is required to participate in legal proceedings.Â
Cancellation Policy
Your time and ours are both valuable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email, phone, or encrypted client portal message.
Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 fee.
