What you need to know before you start
Insurance
Be Free Counseling accepts many Ohio commercial, marketplace, and Medicaid insurance plans, but does not accept Medicare plans. If you have multiple insurance plans, contact the office before scheduling.
Fees
Self-pay rate:
$220 per 55-minute session and $200 per 45-minute session.
A 50% discount is available for self-pay clients who pay in full at the time of service.

Important Practice Policies
Intake paperwork and insurance information must be submitted 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or incomplete paperwork may result in cancellation and a $50 fee.
